I visited this new place near work for lunch and I’m so glad I did. My server, John (very handsome), was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and explained each dish in detail. I thoroughly enjoyed everything I ordered and will definitely be back.

Jiang’s Kitchen is one of the more composed new rooms in downtown Orlando. Dark stone, warm gold lighting, and wood details give the space a quiet polish that works equally well for a date or a large party. The dining room feels considered rather than trendy, and the private-dining option makes a bigger group feel hosted instead of squeezed in. The kitchen’s calling card is the handmade soup dumpling. Each one is folded with the restaurant’s 18-pleat finish, then steamed to order in bamboo baskets. The skin is thin enough to show the broth moving underneath, but strong enough to hold until you bite. The filling is clean and savory, and the soup is hot and plentiful, the part that separates a real xiao long bao from a dumpling that only looks the part. Watching them come out of the steamer is part of the experience; they arrive looking like the product the room is built around. Service for our large party stayed organized. Courses landed in a sensible order, steamers stayed hot, and the table never felt rushed or neglected. Everything is fresh......so so tasty. Soup dumplings are amazing. My espresso martini was made custom i was so happy. Everything we had was so good. The staff was so attentive and kind. I love this place. Ambience and music was so great for a date night!

First and foremost, 10/10 customer service. I could tell that the owners and employees truly cared about my girlfriend and I’s experience and the quality of the food. Both the owners and our waitress regularly checked in on us, and were sweet enough to let us know in advance that their would be some occasional construction noise since they were in the process of installing an A/C unit in the back. Now for the food — 11/10. Seriously, it’s that good. The flavor profiles go above and beyond what I thought was possible, not to mention that the price point is completely reasonable. For reference, we tried the Crazy Friday Roll (tempura-fried king crab and avocado, topped with cream cheese, mango, eel sauce, and spicy mayo), Soup Dumplings (crabmeat and pork), Braised Beef Noodle Soup, and the Zha Jiang Noodles with Soybean Paste. As an added bonus, our waitress gave us a complimentary volcano roll! Everything we had was absolutely delicious, but it was the soup dumplings and sushi in particular that really kick it up another notch. We were headed somewhere else when we noticed Jiang's Kitchen was open today and decided to try it. We're so glad we did! Everyone has been so nice and the service has been excellent. John was our server and he has been an absolute delight. Thanks for all the recommendations John! They were all hits. They are still in soft opening so there are a couple of drinks not ready yet but all the food was fantastic. We started with the cucumber salad, which was refreshing. The soup dumplings were probably some of the best I've had in Orlando, we got the crab and pork and the broth inside was very very flavorful and actually soupy. I love how they serve them too, they came with tiny bowls so if you didn't want to stick the whole thing in your mouth you could still sip the broth from the little bowl. The beef soup also had an excellent broth and the beef was soft and tender. Loved the sushi too! We ended with the cheesecake, which was delicious but a bit small for the price. I hope they adjust that one a little, either knock a couple bucks off or just make it slightly bigger. Over all, we will be coming back!
